Water-displacing corrosion-preventive compound and lubricant
XT-312 is a water-displacing corrosion-preventive compound and lubricant that may be reapplied on a scheduled basis for continued protection. On exposed outdoor surfaces expect 7 – 30 days of protection depending on ambient conditions; on internal areas or in protected storage, protection can last up to one year against corrosion from humid conditions.
Available in two types: Type II and Type III.
Apply by dipping the parts in a vat, spraying with air or pump-type sprayers, or pouring the product over the parts. Remove protective films with a steam cleaner or by washing the parts in mineral spirits.
